Office hours are Tuesday-Friday 9am-5pm & Saturday 9am-2pm No Nights! P/T possibility of F/T in the future Pay rate based on experience Responsibility's include offering prompt courteous assistance to all patients at check in/ check out.
Collect & verify accurate demographic & insurance information.
Receive & handle calls and voicemail as necessary.
Verify patients insurance coverage, schedule and confirm patients.
Collect copays.
Assist with keeping the office clean and organized.
Perform any additional duties as requested by office manager.
Must be able to multi task & work well with others in a team environment.
Must have strong customer service skills and be willing to learn.
Must have a professional attitude and appearance.
Experience in a medical office or optical skills preferred.
Willing to train the right individual.
